Delivery Information

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 6 PM

Logistics Partners

Deliveries are either through DHL for international, GIG for national and Uber for within Lagos State

After Hours Orders

Orders requests for deliveries placed after 6 PM will be shipped or dispatched the following business day

Order Tracking

Track Your Package

A tracking number will be issued for every order based on the logistics company involved

Tracking Process

The tracking number will be given to the customer and customers are expected to track their packages

Bridal Consultation

Consultation Details

Fee: ₦100,000
Duration: 1 hour
Handled by: Creative Director

Important Notes

  • For physical consultations, you may bring one additional person
  • If you plan to bring more, kindly inform us in advance
  • Showroom Visit: A Google Maps link will be provided (separate from the contact link)

Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Payments

Consultation and order payments are non-refundable

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are to be paid by the client

Fitting Appointments

Fitting dates will be communicated ahead before the scheduled date. If unavailable, please inform us at least 48 hours prior. Abrupt cancellation of fitting appointments or lateness attracts a certain amount to be paid by the client

Fitting Duration

Fitting duration is 1 hour. No lateness is allowed as sessions are pre-booked for different clients

Payment Receipts

All payment receipts should be sent to our official email or WhatsApp. The subject line must clearly state what you are paying for and full name at the point of order

Communication

Only one line of communication is acceptable from the client throughout the order process

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Return Window: Within 7 days after delivery for any form of alterations
Refunds: Refunds are not available based on business policy. However, in special cases based on the management discretion, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and the amount to be refunded would have been communicated
Tracking: Include the tracking number and reason for return when shipping back

Exchanges

Product Exchanges: We do not allow product exchanges, except for sizing
Size Exchange: Available within 15 days from delivery
Return Shipping: Return shipping cost is the client's responsibility
New Size: A new size will be shipped once the returned item is received and confirmed okay

Measurement Guide

Accurate Measurements

A clear measurement guide with numbered illustrations will be provided for accurate sizing

Important: Kindly always follow the instructions on the measurements guide or book an appointment for a virtual measurements session
