Kindly note that anything outside the agreed budget/scope of work will attract additional cost if necessary.

Payments made are not refundable or transferable.

All deliveries attracts additional cost upon completion of the orders and all fittings logistics are to be borne by the client.

Logistics cost is not our responsibility should there be any need for adjustments.

Accurate measurements are essential for a perfect fit. We advise our clients to send us their accurate measurements, however they can also book a virtual measurement session if they are not available for walk-ins.

Alternations are free. However, if the outfit has been okayed by the client, any further alternation on the same outfit will then attract charges.

We strive to meet the agreed deadline. However, unseen delay may occur and these changes will be communicated. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Final designs and specifications must be well discussed and approved by the customer before work commence. Any changes after that will attract additional charges.

We advise and provide instructions to clients for their outfits when necessary. Please be informed that we are not responsible for any damage or dislikes from failure to follow our advice/instructions.

Please note that customers that brings in fabric to work with are responsible for the outcome of the outfit in terms of quality.

Please be informed that all embellished outfits, including hand beading or stoning are to be hand washed.

80% deposit is required before the start of work and 20% after completion of work either before or upon pickup.

Fitting dates will be communicated ahead before the scheduled date. If unavailable, please inform us at least 48 hours prior. Abrupt cancellation of fitting appointments or lateness attracts a certain amount to be paid by the client.

Fitting duration is 1 hour. No lateness is allowed as sessions are pre-booked for different clients.

All payment receipts should be sent to our official email or WhatsApp. The subject line must clearly state what you are paying for and full name at the point of order.

Only one line of communication is acceptable from the client throughout the order process.
